Job Description

Here at Devlegends Technology, we are looking to add to our extremely talented team an experienced candidate who can work to the highest levels in the provision of ground transportation and mobility services to our worldwide customer base and manage online ecommerce store.

This is an opportunity to join DevLegends as part of our global mobility expansion strategy, which, the operations and processes team is the very heart and core of our business.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our ever-expanding team, to help drive the operational aspects based on the needs of our clients.

Teams core duties

  • Planning, distribution, and allocating bookings
  • Live dispatching jobs
  • Liaising with drivers and suppliers
  • Liaising with passengers
  • Grouping jobs
  • Optimizing routing
  • Monitoring flights
  • Tracking drivers
  • Monitor driver’s position and status
  • Contacting Clients about their bookings
  • Dispatching jobs to Taxi Drivers
  • Maintain online e-Commerce Store
  • Monitor and handle delivery process smoothly on different online stores
  • Monitor and handle inventory

The operations team will provide qualified analysis and input as to where supply is needed as well as any product and process improvements to our service.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven Operations and/or Business Development experience in Taxi, Chauffer, or distribution channels would be added advantage.
  • Freshers can also apply

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Advance knowledge of Computer and internet

Essential Skills:

  • Advance computer skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong telephone manner
  • Some experience in the use of customer support channels
  • Must have a collaborative work ethic
  • Flexible hours prepared to work, day, evening, and night shifts
  • Must have leadership qualities

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience within the Ground Transportation industry Taxi/Chauffeuring
  • Experience within to maintain online stores on different sales channel

  • Team player, able to quickly form friendly and professional relations with colleagues at all levels
  • Demonstrable ability to self-manage and be organized with a strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills & excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Highly adaptable and capable of working in a high-pressure environment
  • Being resourceful and know how to learn by yourself

Salary

  • Negotiable depending on experience

Work Timings

  • DevLegends require candidates to work in below mentioned time frames:
    • 7:00am – 4:00pm (For Female Candidate)
    • 11:00am – 8:00pm (For Male / Female Candidate)
    • 11:00am – 8:00pm (For Male / Female Candidate)
    • 2:30pm – 11:30pm (For Male Candidate)
    • 9:00pm – 06:00am (For Male / Female Candidate)
    • 10:30pm – 07:30am (For Male / Female Candidate)
    • Monday to Saturday OR Sunday (Week-off would be either Saturday or Sunday based on shift rotation)
